Like many of us, Foundation Cigar Co founder Nick Melillo has a close connection to his home - in his case, that’s Connecticut. This means he loves Connecticut tobacco - especially broadleaf varieties. He entered the Bible with his latest work, Tabernacle, and blended a seriously epic cigar. Tabernacle is produced at AJ Fernandez's La Soledad farm in Estelí, dressed in a dark, oily Connecticut broadleaf wrapper. Beneath the wrapper, you’ll find filler from Estelí and the Jalapa Valley. The deep and rich notes of cocoa, leather, and black pepper make this cigar a sacred product of the Foundation, with all the power you expect from an AJ blend.
