Description
This cigar was released in 2007, made from tobacco leaves that have been aged for at least 2 years, and features a standard E label along with a 2007 limited edition label. Regalos means 'gifts' in Spanish, and the cigar, along with its specially customized 25-count unvarnished slide lid box, has attracted the attention of many cigar enthusiasts. Notably, although the 137mm x 46 vitola (cigar size and shape) differs from previous products of the Hoyo de Monterrey brand, it is not entirely without precedent. The brand had previously released a cigar named Obsequios in the 1970s, which had the same dimensions as Regalos but featured a perfect shape design, and this cigar was ultimately discontinued that year. This historical connection gives Regalos a unique commemorative significance while inheriting the brand's tradition. Regarding the production quantity of Regalos, while the specific number has not been officially confirmed, a press release from Habanos SA mentioned it as 'small batch production,' which undoubtedly increases the rarity and collectible value of this cigar. Small batch production often means higher quality control and more meticulous craftsmanship, making each Regalos cigar a cherished work of art.
