This cigar was released in 2011, with a limited edition of 2010 tins. The release of this cigar also commemorates the 50th anniversary of the formal diplomatic relations between China and Cuba. The front of this decorative tin features the Bolívar brand logo, while the back is printed with the flags of China and Cuba (dated 1960 - 2010), and below is a tiger symbol, as 2010 is the Year of the Tiger in China.
