Cohiba 50 Aniversario Humidor Commemorative Release 50 Aniversario

Limited to 50 boxes, with 50 cigars per box. Launched at the end of 2016, Habanos, S.A. introduced its most unique and luxurious product to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Cohiba brand. The special edition Cohiba 50th Anniversary introduces a 60 ring gauge (23.80 mm) into the Habanos size range, designed specifically for this special celebration. All 2500 cigars in this version feature the brand's most distinctive flavors from the past five years, with a medium to full-bodied profile. They are all made at the almost mythical El Laguito factory in Havana, totally hand-made with long filler and top-quality tobacco leaves. Following Cohiba's tradition, the leaves used for the Cohiba 50th Anniversary were carefully selected from the best fields—Vegas de Primera—in the San Juan and Martinez and Vuelta Abajo tobacco growing regions. The Seco and Ligero leaves in the blend were also further fermented in wooden barrels.
