Description
Released in 2015 and launched in 2016, this is the second book-style cigar from Friends Montecristo. Each box contains 20 cigars, with a very large size of 55 ring gauge and a length of 230MM. A total of 2000 boxes were produced. (Currently the largest book-style cigar released by Habanos.) The history of this cigar can be traced back to a release before the Cuban Revolution, with sources indicating its origins in the 1940s, although it was discontinued before the revolution. In the late 1960s, the London-based retailer Alfred Dunhill briefly revived the brand.
